I’m here to give you honest opinions about whether a beer's bitterness enhances or detracts from the overall flavor, and ultimately, whether I like it or not—and why.

I don’t get into the nitty-gritty of hop varieties or ideal drinking temperatures (I just prefer my beer as cold as possible!). Instead, I focus on what really matters: how a beer tastes and whether it’s worth your hard-earned money. My goal is to help you avoid the disappointment of buying a six-pack with cool artwork that turns out to be underwhelming.
