This beer is easy to drink, just like UFO says. I was eager to sample UFO’s Pumpkin on my quest to taste and rank the best pumpkin beers. But, to be honest, I was hoping for more because I love UFO beers. They usually deliver on taste. This beer struck me as too safe and middle-of-the-road. There are no major flaws, nor is it particularly noteworthy.
This is a safe choice for a pumpkin beer, especially if you enjoy unfiltered or hefeweizen beers. The UFO Pumpkin beer is an unfiltered ale produced from real pumpkin puree. It’s medium-bodied with a mellow sweetness, and there’s nothing I find overpowering about it.
